Deconstructing DEI
"Word Games: The Manipulation of Language in Politics and Society
Politicians, salesmen, and the media all use words to confuse and beguile us. The politicians will say democracy when we are a republic, salesmen push extended warranties that offer little to no value, and the media gaslights and outright lies as if that is now their job rather than to disseminate factual information about current events and the world in general.
The Problem with Three-Letter Acronyms
I am not a fan of three letter acronyms. They always seem to lead to trouble. The DOJ has been weaponized, the FDA and DOD are corrupt, the CIA and related intelligence services are puppet masters in control of the deep state bureaucracy that actually rule over the branches of elected government. Another quite problematic three letter acronym is DEI, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The actual meaning of those words has been clouded by a very anti-American movement. On the surface these words sound good but the policies they represent are quite nefarious.
Dissecting DEI: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
1. Diversity Official definition: The practice or quality of including or involving people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders, sexual orientations, etc.
Diversity, which should mean having a variety of people with differing backgrounds to offer up a wide range of unique experiences and opinions, is now used as a form of racism against mostly straight white and Asian men. These men are considered oppressors because they are often successful. If you are successful, you are oppressive to minorities. Everyone is labeled as either oppressor or oppressed in this ideology.
2. Equity Official definition: The quality of being fair and impartial; fairness, justice.
Equity sounds like equality, which we already had before these initiatives infiltrated our schools and businesses. Equity in practice is a transfer of wealth from the successful and productive members of society to the less productive slacker class of socialist want to be's. So, equity is socialism or Marxism/Leninism.
3. Inclusion Official definition: The action or state of including or of being included within a group or structure.
Inclusion on its face should mean letting everyone have their chance to participate in whatever activity they choose. However, on college campuses and some businesses "inclusive spaces" are spaces where "diverse" people can go to not be criticized or judged for their actions or behaviors. So, these spaces amount to censored speech zones. Basically, anti First Amendment zones. Many of these diverse groups are mentally ill who need help not encouragement to go deeper into their illnesses. Others are anti-American or just plain criminals and sexual predators. They all get to hide and feel "safe" in these inclusive spaces.
In summary, while DEI initiatives are often presented as progressive and beneficial, they can be seen as problematic when examined closely. Put together, DEI is sanctioned racism/sexism, communist wealth transfer, and censorship. The redefinition of these terms has led to policies that some argue are contrary to constitutional principles and traditional American values. As citizens, it's crucial to critically examine the language used in politics and social movements, and to consider the potential consequences of policies implemented under the guise of seemingly positive terminology. None of this is constitutional."
